-Effective dates 30 days from Date of Purchase (date on invoice will be start date)
-30 Day guarantee only applies to DRI direct sales. Does not apply to 3rd party sales.
-Shipping cost of any kind are NOT REFUNDABLE (customer must pay shipping on All returns)
- Returned products must be in good condition. Any damage or abuse of product can/will void the return.
-Customer is responsible for any damage incurred to products during return shipping.
- All returns must be accompanied by a DRI return authorization number.
- All returns must be accompanied by copy of DRI sales receipt and written reason for return.
