265cc/275cc Kits

Performance: 55-60% Upgrade over stock
Reliability:    90-95% of stock reliability

PC 2000 Application Recommendations:

265cc is legal in ATVA 250cc class for MX, TT & XC Series.
Midrange- MX and XC.
High Rev –TT and Flat Track

275cc is the best all around PC cylinder. Power is Great, Reliability is Fantastic, is some case more reliable than stock.

Midrange: Trails, XC, Sand Dunes Great All Around.
High Rev: Drag Racing, Hill Shooting, TT and Flat Track

* The 275cc is the largest PC cylinder that bolts onto stock lower end without modifications.

305cc Kits

Performance: 60-65% Upgrade over stock
Reliability:    85% of stock reliability

305cc is the a good all around PC cylinder. Power is Great,  reliability is very good because of Nikasil coating. Similar power feel to 275cc but with  more low –Midrange torque. The 305cc is easier to ride than the 340cc power is more rideable.

Midrange: Trails, XC, Sand Dunes,Great All Around.
High Rev: Drag Racing, Hill Shooting, TT and Flat Track

* Centercase machining is required

340cc Kits

Performance: 60-65% Upgrade over stock
Reliability:    80% of stock reliability

340cccc is a very powerful  PC cylinder. Power is Very Strong with excellent  Reliability for a cylinder of this size (Nikasil improves cooling and piston life). Power has very similar feel to 500cc 2-Strokes. Performs its best when short shifted and not revved out hard like smaller engines. This cylinder requires a lower end that is in excellent working condition. HD Trans gears and 8-Plate clutch are recommended but not mandatory

Midrange: Trails, XC, Sand Dunes Great All Around.
High Rev: Drag Racing, Hill Shooting, TT and Flat Track

* Centercase machining is required

*Note: Reliability is rated assuming that remainder of engine is good/excellent-working condition. Performance numbers will vary depending on pipe, carb etc. used

NOTES: The PC 2000 Power Valve Cylinders are a proprietary product designed and manufactured exclusively by DRI. They are designed as the top of the line elite engine package. No other engine kits offer more ride able, reliable horsepower than the PC 2000.

With the (4) Cylinder size options, (2) Port Options, (4) PTR Pipe Options, (3) Carburetor Options. DRI can assemble an engine kit that will shine in any riding application.

When ordering a PC 2000 Kit all clients deal with a senior DRI tech to ensure that they are matched with the proper components for their needs.
