The use of MasterFlow intake manifold system and Pyramid Reed Valves is required to maximum performance out of larger after market carburetors
Designed to work properly with larger carburetors. Stock intake manifolds are not designed to accept larger carburetors. If larger carburetors are force feed into stock manifolds they will split causing an air leak and engine failure.
Throat on stock manifolds are way to small to allow larger carburetors to perform properly
Not only does MasterFlow flange offer proper fit, but throat of manifold is designed for larger carburetors
MasterFlow Boost Bottle is built into the system, for added performance and reliability. Bottle capacity and feeder hole size is also changed to improve performance
Removeable Rev plate enhances low end power, but must be removed for use with PYRAMID Reed Vlaves
System also available with Rubber mounting flanges for stock carburetors. If purchased in this configuration, flanges may be replaced with 34mm-35mm models
