At Duncan Racing International we have had over 2500 ATV engines apart, and rebuilt at our facility. This plus our extensive racing experience, has made us more aware of some of the small things that either need modifications or may go wrong with your engine.

DRI uses the absolute finest quality parts available in the world today
DRI performs their engine machine work in house
Each engine is completely dis-assembled with all moving components extensively checked; bearings, gears, clutch plates, rod, piston etc.
After DRI has disassembled and inspected each engine a file is filed with all data about each engine.
DRI then has a meeting with the owner of each engine, either via telephone or in person. During the direct meeting a plan is generated between DRI and client.
DRI then performs all necessary machine work
DRI thoroughlly washes all engine components, inspecting all components again, cleaning and preping all surfaces
A DRI technician then reassembles engine, installing all required new parts
After assembly all engines are test shifted and run through the most thorough group of tests possible
When completed engine is recieved by customer it is completly assembled and ready to go. Install in chassis, add coolant, oil and ready to go.
All engines are supplied with Tech Documents that help with Break In, Jetting, Engine ReInstallation, Air Filter Maintenace
DRI also offers unlimited phone Tech support to engine clients
Whether recreational riding or racing the foundation to a reliable engine is based in the core of the lower end. Without a correctly assembled well conditioned lower end, you can't expect it to perform to your needs and offer the reliability that you expect from your engine.
