Product Information:
Banshee engines do not have the most reliable crankshaft. On some machines especially older motors with engine modifications. The crank can start to come apart and in some cases twist, knocking the crank out of true.
DRI offers a fairly solid solution for this problem
DRI offers a Weld and True service for Banshee crankshafts.
Cranks are checked for proper width, then true to tolerances more exact than OEM.
DRI then TIG welds the outer pin in place with the outer crank web. Though not 100% full proof this greatly strengthens crankshaft
Service offered for New and Used crankshafts
On used cranks the outer main bearings should be replaces (at additional cost)
Crank must be shipped to DRI out of cases. If customer is unable to split cases and remove crank DRI offers a Complete Engine Rebuilding service
