*Note;Aluminum flanges look nice but cannot hold up to prolonged usage without premature failure.

Uses stock OEM exhaust flange 6mm bolts and OEM exhaust gasket (not included)

Designed to be used in conjunction with the CNC header flange on all PTR pipes. When assembled correctly with O-Rings in good condition seal is almost 98% leak proof without sealer.

Fits: 1985-86 ATC 250R, 1986-89 Honda TRX 250R,

O-Rings should be replaced if damaged, torn or worn. As a general rule replacing them every 25 hours should be adequate under normal conditions.
