ASSEMBLY NOTES:
-     Kickstarter assembly should be installed by a skilled profession.

-          OEM Honda Service Manual should be consulted

-          Center case must be checked for wear or damage where inboard side of kick starter spindle slides in case

-          Kick starter holder plate must be inspected for cracks, wear or damage. Also make sure plate is not bent (if bent or damaged-kick starter will not operate properly

-          NOTE: When installing the ratchet gear onto spindle. Rachet gear must be timed correctly (index marks on spindle and ratchet gear) ** consult oem Honda service manual for more information

-          Thoroughly inspect kick starter idle gear for any wear, damage etc.

-          Thoroughly inspect RKH clutch cover for cracks or wear. If spindle is not supporter properly on outboard side. Kick starter operation will be hampered.
